This is the programme I built from my own experience. When my AMH came back at 3 (expected: 20+), I didn't just accept it — I built a protocol. Fourteen months later, my AMH had risen to 6.43 and I was pregnant.
The 90-Day Egg Boosting Challenge takes everything I learnt and breaks it into a day-by-day action plan:
- Week 1–2: Foundation — clean up your diet, remove endocrine disruptors, establish your supplement protocol
- Week 3–4: Nutrition overhaul — Mediterranean diet framework, fertility plate method, cycle-specific eating
- Week 5–8: Lifestyle optimisation — sleep, stress management, gentle exercise, toxin reduction
- Week 9–12: Fine-tuning — tracking progress, adjusting supplements, preparing for conception

I'm Danielle Bowen — registered nutritionist (MSc, RNutr), fertility specialist, and wedding photographer. My own fertility journey started when I was told at 32 that my egg reserve was dramatically low. Instead of accepting it, I built a science-backed protocol that changed everything.
